Followed the instructions exactly the way it said and it’s the best fitting mouthguard I’ve ever had for MMA and BJJ. Fits perfect and I can’t remove it without my hands. Plus it doesn’t give you the gag reflex. Tried to remove it without my hands by just pushing with my lips and tongue but it’s stuck in there.
