As I do a lot of driving, I thought I would treat myself to this. A lot of my work is in London, and the driving can take its toll. This little gizmo is making things much easier, especially making tight manoeuvres. Where exactly to place this is important, and really up to you. We all have our own way of driving and hand placement on steering wheel. I have mine at about 4o/c or twenty past if you prefer. It is inside, rather than outside the wheel, so it doesn't get in the way at all. It feels good and works very well. It's well made and very comfortable in use. Also very easy to fit. Two rubber spacers, which are different thicknesses ( I used the thicker one), ensure it grips the wheel tightly.All in all, a very good buy.

This steering wheel spinner is larger and flatter than previous ones I have used. BUT this is actually an improvement for my use. Easier and much more comfortable to use. No nasty hinge to wrap your knuckles on or trap a finger on the screw fitting, and nothing on which to catch your sleeves or clothes. It is pricier but I would stick to this model from now on in preference.

Using this spinner in a DAF truck. Still going strong after 8 whole months. To put this in perspective, the usual wheel spinners I would get in the local store wouldn't last more than 3 months, and they also look ugly A.F.The size is perfect, not too small, nor too big and the rotating mechanism is incredibly fluid and smooth.This is by far the best spinner I've ever used. Well worth the money.

Great spinner/knob, very nice to use and feels very sturdy, spinning action is so silky smooth, no problems fitting, have to fiddle a bit with rubber inserts to get them exact but not an issue really, the one and only bad point is that the thin silicone coating started to peel off after just two days use, got so bad that after five days I had to peel it off completely as it was affecting my driving, once done it still look ok just not as grippy as before, be aware, this will happen to them all as it's a manufacturing process issue hence the four stars.

Loved the look and feel of it. Bought it because i wanted to make my merc look a little bit more special lol. Im a bit of a fast and impatient driver, so this was perfect for me to quick steer round etc. However, putting the thing on was a headache! The 2 leather peices i assumed were steering wheel protectors to be placed inside the handle, however the handle would not join together to screw ij coz the leathers made it bulky (and iv a thin steering wheel). So we had to cut a peice of leather in half, and leave the other peice out but ut still wouldn't close. So we tried it without the leather peices whivh fit perfectly, but when we took it off again, it left scratch and dents in the leather steering wheel (its a merc A class which was 4 months old). Threw it in the bin.

RecommendI have a long wheelbase VW van and it has made turning and parking so easier.It looks beautiful and durable.You need a short-handle screwdriver to install it.

It's a good item but it doesn't hold the wheel very well. One piece of padding seems to be too little as the know becomes loose and starts moving around the wheel, and I can no longer tighten it any further using the screw; but two pieces of padding is far too much and I can't even fasten the thing.So now I'm using it but having to reposition it all the time while driving, which I think is bordering on .. not dangerous, but unsafe.
