This is supposed to be a cream, NOT a lotion
I am VERY disappointed with this product. It arrived on next day delivery which was fantastic, however when I opened the tub, the cream was a milkshake consistency instead of a cream. We have used this product for many years and this is not how it should be. I will not be purchasing this again. Again very disappointed, would not recommend as this is not the quality that this cream should be. Maybe the seller knows why this cream is a different consistency to others we have bought?

I have been using palmers for years it’s always a cream. The product is so liquidy with different smell. Not RECOMMENDED

It’s Palmers!..it works!
I have used Palmer products for years. I have 3B 4A hair and this unique hair product is in between a water based and oil based cream. Not sure how they did it.. but it is fantastic!
