These totally work. I take them when I have meetings all day or when I know I’ll be around people for a very long time. You feel the effects almost immediately even if you take one pill. Keeps my gut and breath fresh for a good amount of time.

This is my first time trying oral breath fresheners. Usually I use the strips. It seems to work pretty well. I took one and forgot all about it until i burped:) My burp had a mild mint smell which was nice. The only thing was that my stomach hurt a very tiny bit after taking it. But to be fair I have a very sensitive stomach.

I like the small container. Easy to carry around. I like the small capsule too. Has good flavor. Better than most as I don’t enjoy mints but need breath mint for work ;)

I had high hopes for these because bad breath from inside the gut is tough to deal with. I took one capsule after a garlic-heavy lunch and waited. It did help, but not like magic. The breath was better, but not totally clean. My wife still noticed something off after a few hours. It’s not instant either, takes at least 30 minutes to kick in. So if you're expecting a quick fix, this isn’t it. What annoys me is the aftertaste when the capsule breaks down. It leaves a weird oily feeling in the throat for a bit. Also, I burped a minty-garlic mix later, which kinda defeats the purpose. One pill doesn’t always last the full 8 hours. For me, it’s more like 4 or 5 max, especially if I eat or drink again. I tried doubling the dose once and it helped, but I’m not sure that’s safe long-term. Still, I’m not giving up on it. It’s better than gum or mints for covering up deeper breath issues. I use it before long meetings and it gives me some confidence. But it's not something I can fully trust to work every single time. For the price, it’s fine, just don’t expect a miracle cure.

You are supposed to swallow 3 of these with water after a meal. The first time I tried them, did not make associations to the upset stomach. The second and third time I’m certain it’s from them. The stomach aches are really bad and you will have an upset stomach in addition to minty burps. That’s how it refreshes your breath, through bursts of minty burps. I’d rather stick with mouth wash and gum. At least that doesn’t hurt my stomach.

Work well I have bad breath from allergies and nasal drainage and these work really well
