Great quality and price, ideal for what I wanted!!
Arrived on time and are good quality mustard seeds, great for making various types of mustard. The price was also a nice surprise as they were cheaper than the previous batch I purchased.

makes great mustard - could be stronger
blitz with a bit of water and vinegar and add a bit of white wine for a dijony mustard. Don't know the strain but weaker than colemans powder but makes half decent mustard just not as strong as I like
