It's not bad
Was able to use it for about two weeks and then it was stolen from my car. Working with chase to see if it can be replaced. I liked it.Cons: - It's a tad big so people notice it. I wish it was thinner or smaller.- I had to cover the green light or red light with black tape so people don't know I am recording. I feel I am being stalked and I don't want the subjects to know I am collecting evidence.-The recorded female voice saying start or stop recording is so low I can not really hear it when I am outdoors with all the noise pollution around me. I wish u could manually adjust the volume for her bc sometimes you want it really low like inside a store and sometimes you want to hear her a tad louder when outdoors.- I had to start and stop the recording while the cam was on the side of my head inside establishments and trying to find the Botton to stop and the one to start was cumbersome. I wish they would add a tactile insignia or something you can feel with your fingers to quickly identify which Botton is which. Remember sometimes you need to start recording something very quickly which is already in action so you forget which damn Botton is the one to start recording. If one Botton had a circle and another two lines you could feel it and start recording right away.-The phone app is nice but seems a bit too much trouble if you are multitasking.- If you use it for about an hour it gets very hot right next to your head.-Wish it had other tools to put the camera in other places aside for your head. What if it included tools to put the camera by your waist or attached to a jacket. Or even just provide ideas about other ways you can use it openly and in a concealed manner.-Battery life is ok, not great.Pros:-video image is really good - the gimbal seems to work pretty good so no much shakiness-love that it takes micro sd cards up to 128 gb.-TBH, it is not perfect but it is the best thing in the market right now.-If the camera were smaller and thinner like a skinny flashlight then it would be perfect.

Living out my Michael Knight fantasies
This camera was the perfect solution for the POV educational videos that I produce. It is very stable on my head and shows exactly what I'm seeing, which is what I needed. As a non-professional I've been impressed by the image and sound quality. It seems to hold a charge well. One thing I don't like is that it will not function without the memory card, or at least I haven't figured out how to use it without a memory card. It seems logical that you should be able to save video through an app without a memory card, since you can live view through an app, but you just can't. I also haven't figured out how to live stream with others, but I've seen other reviews stating that you can. The little wrist remote is a nice touch, too. Overall, I am very pleased and feel this was money well-spent.UPDATE: I have used this about a dozen times and the audio is already messed up. I have no idea what happened to cause it, but it makes it unusable in certain situations. Very disappointed.

4K resolution and Hands-Free video recording
I have a Samsung S20 Ultra with a great camera along with other cameras, including one with a headcam attachment. However, I wanted a high resolution handsfree camera to use for various purposes. It has 2 gimbals, having the 3rd one might have made it more stable. The hi-res 4k does take up more video ram, but that's to be expected. If you don't need that res, go for a lower resolution. I bought a 256gig memory card to hold more than enough video. If this had a flashlight built in, that would have made this a terrific deal. It's not inexpensive, but neither are gopros or the like. One reason that I wanted this camera was being able to use both of my hands while filming. I've included a short video of our bird room (the parrots have their own bedroom to chew up) with some of the birdies. I needed handsfree to pet them, as well as when I give them treats, or even when I clean the floors (yeah, I actually filmed a 20minute video of that, but not including it here).

Clean HDMI out. Gets warm. Will freeze up.
Works best charged and then disconnected from power though it will operate "while charging" it's just best not to.

Missing Wrist Strap and Fob
After my purchase, I contacted the seller because my EP8 did not come with the wrist strap or the fob. They told me they would send me one but never did. Other than that, the camera works fine.
