If you're wondering about size, the chart is highly accurate. I bought the one that said it fit my waist and it's large enough for me to wear even if I gained weight. Extremely supportive and adjustable fits over or under my clothing and doesn't move once I set it in place. It keeps my posture correct even while I'm sitting in a chair. It was a little warm to wear but; I had so much support. I went to a medium sized outdoor market today first time wearing. I was able to walk through the whole thing and never had to sit down! Never got out of breath from trying to support my back and big belly. Even carried on multiple conversations with friends we met at the market with out becoming breathless. Then went to the grocery and was able to stand up properly and not hold on to the cart to hold myself up. Helped carry in groceries and was able to put them away and before going to sit down and rest like I normally would after putting away groceries; I was able to go to the laundry room and unload the washer and start the dryer and put a new load in the washer. The belt fits around and holds great but keep rolling up with heavier people
