Bought this for my five year old. Came really well packaged and brilliantly made. Even the screws have coloured tips to match the house. Takes a while to put together but it's not difficult and the instructions are easy to follow. The lift is a little stiff to start with but pop a bit of polish on the runner and it works fine. Great quality. Great value. Would definitely recommend.

Santa brought this for our 6 year old daughter. She has been playing with it nonstop.The build quality of the house and accessories is excellent just bear in mind it does require assembly - it took my wife and I an hour and a half to put it together (great fun on Christmas Eve!).The instructions were very good, but we did end up having to check once or twice the picture on Amazon just to make sure we got some of the panels on the right way.Good value considering how much some of the medoocre plastic ones cost.

Is fabulous, really pleased with this product. Colourful, sturdy, & very straightforward to assemble. Took 3 hours which was what had been recommended. Love it. Great value for money. The photo doesn't do it justice, it's really beautifully decorated.

My husband who is a joiner spent 3 hours building on Christmas Eve, he thought it would take an hour. It looks wonderful. The furniture is perfect. The light switches on, the toilet flushes, the bed is a lovely size for dolls. I bought little princess dolls and Palace pets my 5 year old daughter loved playing with it on Christmas morning. The balcony needed some extra support to stay on.

Beautiful doll-house and no complaints of the quality. It was my daughters' favourite Christmas present. Though I have to say that after the initial few weeks of playing regularly with it, they are using it less and less. They're taking the furniture out and putting it on the floor/table when they do. I'm fearful that they're now a bit bored with it. Given that it is so lovely, and that it was expensive, I hope that's not the case.

Long winded to put together, but more than worth the effort as the quality is pretty good considering its made in China. Its a fairly sturdy construction and is more than likely going to cope with the demands of my 4 year old.Highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a play dolls house

This dollhouse is very well crafted. Assembly instructions are precise and easy to follow. It looks like they thought about details - they even painted screw heads, so they could blend into background.It takes less than an hour to assemble the dollhouse and my daughter was delighted as it can accommodate even larger dolls.

Really disappointed as this was for my daughters birthday, I started putting in together after 2.5 hours was looking good, I was doing it on my own, when I came to put the triangle side parts in the holes just did not line up. I retraced the whole thing again in case I'd gone wrong and it was all correct. With much force or drilling another hole this would fit but I'm not prepared to risk breakage. In general reviews are excellent on this house and it was starting to look amazing. I was so upset I was in tears as it was for daughters birthday I didn't start putting together until the night before. It's way too big to hide. Luckily I had other presents to compensate but this was her main present. With much regret returning for a refund.
