Not quite as fluffy as it looks, but is furry and fluffy over a sponge pad, so will serve the purpose. Just would have liked it a bit more of a "fluff ball" than a flat pad!" It does have a nice little bow for handling and talc dipping, good as a stocking filler for anyone that uses talcum powder.
