Built like ah tank!
I like that the scooters built like a tank! I've driven this thing in pouring down rain..snow..and just the worst weather possible! And yet it performs like it's right outta the box! 22mph just says it all. Definitely higher then entry level. All in all it's a dependable and well built escooter and I would most definitely buy another one when they are in stocks again. Thanks inmotion for this bad ass escooter!

Stopped working after a few months - Updated
Scooter was decent. Operated it at close to the weight limit and was able to maintain near top speeds for about 3 miles and good speeds (15-17 mph) for another 3 miles. Good for a commute on mostly flat terrain. After using it for a few months, it randomly stopped accelerating during use about a mile from home. Support is trying to help me diagnose and fix the problem, but it is slow going. The internal design of the wiring looks sleeker than competitors, but makes troubleshooting much harder.Hopefully I just had a defective unit and others won't have this problem, but I would be wary of buying it at least at full price ($700).Update: Company offered to send a replacement unit, which took a while but did arrive. With a new unit, I can offer some more positive comments. After using my old one for a few hundred miles, I can say that the performance did not diminish much with extended use. Battery, speed, range, etc. on the new vs. the old one seem to be nearly identical. That said, after 5 usages of the new scooter, something has broken. Two screws hold the black plastic cover of the rear wheel in place. The plastic that the screws screw into snapped off. As best I can tell it is still fully usable, but this impacts breaking down and carrying the scooter. I worry carrying the unit will stress this part more and cause further breakage. So if you get a good price, maybe under $500, this is probably worth it for an entry level scooter. I seem to be having quality control issues, but that may not be your experience

The product is made we'll strong
I find the scooter to be well constructed and can accommodate my height 6'4 and weight 280 . I would only wish there were led string of lights on bottom to help with visibility. I originally purchased $479.00 but had to return. And the price went up to $600 plus. To high I think but all around a good product!!

Slows Quickly
I wanted like it so much. Comfortable to ride, big deck, clear controls. Takes a bit to get to full speed, but does so. The cruise control takes a while to click in. However, the biggest problem is that the top speed slows quickly when the battery starts to discharge. Below about 70% it can only get to 15 MPH, so if you really want to use it you have to charge it too frequently. Had to return it.

Easy to use
I believe it's the fastest one at the same price scooter. Works great while I'm riding around the city and it's easy to charge and use like cellphone. Easy to take anyway cause it can fold up nicely. Fast and easy to handle on turns. Smooth ride. In love with the scooter!

Sale Price Issues
I have a short review of the scooter itself because it’s been too cold to properly test it. So far it works as advertised. The top speed is 22 mph as listed. Acceleration isn’t great but that’s to be expected for a low end scooter. My complaint is that I went to the Inmotion website just before thanksgiving and it said Black Friday prices were already in effect so I made the purchase. Then when Black Friday came they cut the price by $50. I complained and they’re sending me a free phone holder, that I don’t really need. I guess I learned a lesson. Wait till the actual Black Friday! I also own a high end Kabbo scooter and was considering Inmotion for a future replacement but I’m not so sure now.

Great scooter for great price
WOW!!!! I was totally and completely surprised by this scooter. It's so light 38lbs and carries me with ease I'm 230lbs air pro is my 1st e-scooter I'm 61 so I started 1st with you tube video how to ride next unboxing video followed video instructions which was 2 steps screw in 1 screw to attach break to handlebars next screw in handlebar grips you're done that's it!!! Extremely important suggestion USE Kick start settings it's very easy to accidentally hit the accelerator and very easy for scooter to get away from you and you will crash also wear a (hips) approved helmet it saved my life!!!
