Very poor product fraud and and scam of a company. They use teash motors and otger parts which stop working in 1-2 months. It happened with me and my relative as well that the machine randomly stopped working in under 3 months of buying it Cant be a coincidence that it only took about 3 months for both thesame machine at differ households to stop working Cheap products used Customer service Very bad Warranty wasnt available till when i asked for when my my mixer stopped working. Now they sent me rhe warranty which claimed that the buyer has to pay for shipping charges to manufacturer. What is this service? First ur product has fault and now i have to pay for the shipment as well I bought thier fan as well and they asked me to gwt the condensor changed with my own money though the issue with thier fan which is under warranty still i gotta pay money for everything and even asked me if it didn't work after changing condenser then send it to our adress fulfilling shipping cost Fraud and scamsger company Please dont buy any product from there u will only get cheap quality inner parts which u will have to get fixed Report this company as well

At this price the product is well justifiable. Ideal for singles. The main unit as well as the jars are quite compact in size. Moreover, the motor does not make much noise and very less vibration. Overall I liked the product and us good to use. Price is compromised with thin guage SS jars, plastic lids and 2 pin connecting wire. But as it cannot be used for prolonged period can very well do ao with it.
