The description says that in order to dry it out place it on a heated surface such as a radiator, but being summer no radiators are on Secondly, the description says that you can put it in a freezer then use as a cold compress, however the instructions that came with it did not say anything about this.

Lovely product, quality , would order again if required and prompt delivery.

Easy to use, simply warm up in microwave and it’s good to go. I didn’t realise you can also freeze which is great. I have 2 of these for a back injury and bought this one for my mum who is also very happy.

The wheat bag is a nice size for the neck and the combination of lavender scent and warmth is soothing.

Happy with Amazon because I had to return the product and no problem there, not that happy with the product because it gets kind of wet after heating it and it makes you sweat on the area you have it on. Also, it does not get hot enough and it does not stay hot for a long time. I think the ones with a polyester or cotton cloth are a better option, the fleece cloth over your bare skin is not a good option. I imagine that after time it will get smelly and you cannot remove the cover to wash it.
