Great weight for the bacon!
This is a very high quality tool. The weight is very good, and holds down bacon that likes to curl up. Which is horrible if you want a crunchy rind and fat that is rendered.This would be great on a bbq. It can absolutely handle the heat.The handle being wood never got hot.Easy to clean.The underside has no ridges and is completely flat, which I wanted. You can even use it for grilling sandwiches, burgers. It’s just so good.I know this tool will last longer than my grill I have! That reminds me I need a new grill…..

Good Weight and Grip
Exactly as expected. You can see some dimples where the screws are, but on my one they are smooth and it doesn't affect the use of the product. It is nicely made, a good weight to it, used it once so far, will see how it lasts
