I bought this for a trail half marathon earlyier this year. It was perfect with enough pockets for gells, snacks, and essentials. The bladder is secured in place inside the pack and easy to remove and fill and replace. The tube is very easy to drink your choosen fluid and can be secured to the shoulder strap. Very comfortable to wear not too heavy when fully loaded.

Material feels really comfortable and fits snug on the body. My samsung S8 just about fits into the front zip pocket.

Bought as a present for another runner in the family. Used in Man vs Lakes to great effect. These Nathan packs are popular with many of the world's elite runners and for good reason too. This is an older design but has yet to be beat by anything I've seen from any of the other big names (including more expensive vests/packs).

really handy for long runs when lots of water is needed. and the small pockets are handy for my jelly babies. a note9 with a co er just fits into the back pocket.

Sent back twice due to leaky bladder. It's a shame as I wanted to like it. Have since bought a camelback bladder and running vest from decathlon! It works so much better for me, fits well.

So lightweight , comfortable (even in really hot weather), plenty of storage pockets, stays put and doesn't move when running , bladder is easy to fill and wash out. Love it!

I have completed multiple 10+ mile runs with this pack and it is absolutely fantastic! I have trained for and completed multiple marathons / half marathons with the water belt that has four water bottles on it and that thing is absolutely miserable. The belt shifts all over the place, the water bottles constantly fall off or drip/spill all over, there is minimal storage and it is overall not a good solution. This pack solves all of those issues! Here is what I really like about it: #1 The pack is very stable and does not shift around. I have had 2L of water in this thing and you cannot tell it is back there! #2 Room for cargo - smart phone, Gu Packs, running gloves and even an electrolyte drink and the thing is still stable and comfortable. All items are easy access. #3 Very adjustable- plenty of room to adjust to multiple body types. #4 Breathable construction and does not contribute to overheating. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this and it makes running long distances very pleasurable. Wish I purhased this years ago.

This pack is super comfortable to wear and has easily accessible front pockets with sufficient storage for pretty much everything you would need for a longer trail run. After 30km it was still super comfortable and did not shift around at all. The bladder pack is easy to fill and a velcro strap keeps it from shifting around. I have several packs and I like this one the best.

I had been training with a different hydration pack during the winter, always over a jacket and when I did my first race (Big Sur Marathon) without a jacket, I was left with 2 very painful wounds on my shoulders. Knowing I had more difficult and longer races coming up I had to find something else. I decided to take a chance on this vest after reading lots of good reviews and I have to say this is one of, if not the, favorite piece of running gear I have. It is infinitely adjustable to get a perfect fit. It is small and lightweight but still offers plenty of stowage. The bladder is well constructed and have had no leaks. And most importantly, after many many miles, including a trail marathon this past weekend, I have not only had no wounds from this pack, I've not even had any hot spots! Cannot recommend this vest enough.
