Great product
Great Humidifier for dry airIt is a great addition to my home, especially during the dry seasons. The large water tank is a game-changer—I don't need to refill water frequently, which is super convenient with my busy schedule. The steam output is consistent and noticeably improves the air quality, making my home feel more comfortable overall.I’ve also noticed a big difference in my skin and sinuses—no more waking up with a dry throat or itchy skin. I'm also impressed with the maintenance of this humidifier, as it boils the water and release the steam, and there's no need to replace filters, which prevents mold or dirt from building up. I don’t have to worry about constantly buying replacements. Cleaning it is straightforward, and I love that it uses thermal evaporation to keep the steam clean and hygienic. The machine makes some noise while boiling water, but it’s not too disruptive since I’ve placed it in a corner. It still provides excellent humidification.

Easy to use and clean
My house is 1300 sq ft. It’s more than plenty to do the whole house! I have to watch the windows and if they have condensation on them I know I have to turn down the setting. The warm mist is definitely a bonus in cold weather. It is a much more comfortable feeling than cool mist or the wicking filter type of humidifier. We have softened water but still struggle with a little iron and calcium. So between the amount of sediment and salt in our water it was shocking to see the amount of sediment baked on in the bottom of the unit lol. It was only baked on the heating element with a little deposits on the lid and on the plastic parts.Citric acid cleaning (I haven’t tried vinegar) is a must!! Heating an acidic liquid didn’t appeal to me so I just let it soak for a couple of hours. My heating element was almost completely coated with an 1/8 inch thick deposit. The citric acid soak completely removed it.The instruction aren’t complete and aren’t written in an orderly fashion.- One example is about the screen in the bottom of the water buckets. It mentions in the overview that the screens should be cleaned regularly. In the maintenance section under caring for the tank it says to remove the filter. The picture next to it says press water valve to release water. Yes the valve releases the water. What it doesn’t say is you have to give the valve a firm push, then the filter pops free up into the interior of the tank. To reinstall the filter, you have to push firmly until it clicks back into place.- The other issue is the descaling method. In the quick start guide they give an illustrated detailed description of the process. Descaling is maintenance not part of quick start. The written instructions in the instruction manual do not have the illustrationsPersonally, after receiving a product I like to get rid of all unnecessary papers which includes the quick start guide. Any information in the quick start guide is normally in the product manual.I believe it’s a quality product that works well, is easy to clean with convenient easy to fill water buckets.I also think the company invested in this humidifier from its design to its packaging. It was firmly encased in a foam mold inside a thick cardboard company box which was then placed in another thick shipping boxI am extremely pleased!

Find another product that can withstand the rigors of humidifying in a dry climate and season.
Dead in 6 weeks.I washed/rinsed out residue and hard water particles with water after 2-3 cycles of use. The protective plastic that covers the top buttons is cracked and now split. It no longer turns on and hence heat. It’s disappointing too since I loved the water capacity, how quickly it heated, and how quickly it remedied the dry air. It was easy to refill and to rinse out. However, it wasn’t up to the task. Lots of money spent for a product that broke down so quickly. Since it has been 6 weeks, I can’t return it to Amazon. I will try to return it to the company. I can’t say I would recommend this product that failed to work in such a short amount time.

Most effective humidifier.
This is without doubt the most effective humidifier that I have ever owned. Steam humidity is the best way to achieve even high humidities. It is extremely well engineered. It is very easy to fill. Output is 10L in 10 hours on high. We are able to maintain 60% humidity in the winter in Michigan (with dry heat for the house) in a 500 sq. Ft. Master bedroom. It does require cleaning about once a week to stay at maximum effectiveness. Access to the boiling pot is good and therefor is easy to clean. I would buy another if and when I need to. Edit: after using this over the winter, the lid is falling apart. The internal plastic is crumbling and the screws have all fallen out. The rest of the humidifier is fabulous. I am trying to fix the lid as this is still the most effective humidifier that I have used. I have also taken one star away for the poor construction of the lid.

Highly Satisfied with This Humidifier, Highly Recommend!
I’ve been using this steam humidifier for two weeks now and wanted to share my feedback:I’ve tried several ultrasonic humidifiers before, but this steam humidifier really outperforms them all! It not only effectively humidifies the entire space, but it also helps with dry skin and allergies, especially in California’s extremely dry climate. It’s made a huge difference! The two large water tanks are a game changer – I don’t have to refill it constantly, and it can use regular tap water with no special requirements for water quality, which is super convenient. There’s no filter, so I don’t have to worry about replacing filters or extra costs for consumables. It’s a real time-saver!When it first runs, there’s a noticeable boiling sound, but it’s totally acceptable given how well it works and how convenient it is to use.Overall, this humidifier is a godsend for lazy people like me! I absolutely love it! This is definitely one of my best purchases for Christmas 2024, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a good humidifier!
