The Nutrient Company TNC Carbon - Aquarium plant food/Aquatic fertiliser liquid CO2 alternative (500ml)

So far i have been using this product in conjunction with their fertilizer for a few months and have noticed a huge improvement in my plant health.

My plants were struggling and not growing but since I started using this they have begun to grow new leaves again so I'm very pleased.

Good product

I bought this for my 60ltr nano tank and plant/ Moss growth was very stop/start. It took a few weeks at about an extra 30% dosage but I can no longer see the back of my tank due to accelerated growth in my back ground plants. My red plants have had two cuttings taken and repositioned.(first time also algae free)Also after 3 weeks back to recommended dosage.The big difference is I had been attempting to grow dwarf hair grass but had an out break of red/brown algae on it. So I cut it back and it is now shooting up everywhere. On top of this my driftwood has started to become algae free and I cleared several clumps of hair algae from my filter wool.I have an l.e.d light so not high wattage either.I have just ordered tnc fertiliser tabs as I have a sand substrate and if they help as much as their carbon il have a green lawned jungle soon!!!Very happy!

I have only been using this product for two weeks but I have already noticed a difference. The plants dont seem to have grown any yet but the absolutely rampant brown hair algae that was taking over the tank has stopped growing. Next water change I will be givng the plants a good pruning and washing/scrubbing all the ornaments and pebbles. I will try and remove mechanically as much of the algae as possible and hope that the plants can start growing without the competition. I will update in a while when hopefully my tank wont look like the bottom of a puddle.

Easy to use and seems to be helping the plants. I did buy some syringes so I could measure it out properly.

having no control aquarium it is difficult to assess effectiveness. It didn't kill the plants though.

Very swift delivery and great results since I started treating the aquarium with this. Plant growth was noticeable within the week. Highly recommend this!
