FORMAX®420 the Metro Pipe/Twister Pipe Brass and Chrome Pocket Hand Pipe

This is a first rate, take everywhere, little device. The bowl can be pre-packed, and the little chamber can also be filled. This little stash chamber, is accessed via the spring loaded top section, the piece you rotate to use the device. That top piece, swings aside for use as the mouthpiece.The device is essentially a brass block between two alloy plates, one of which forms the base, and is attached with tiny hex nuts (I had to buy a special set of small Allen keys)I haven't taken it to bits yet, so I'm not sure if there is any intricate smoke paths etc on the inside, but there is a warning about avoiding the spring getting lost, if it is released, and springs out.However, I normally clean my pipes in alcohol and salt, and I don't see any reason, not to do the same with this metal piece. I'll have to investigate the action of salt/alcohol, on brass, and some kind of base metal, which the pipe is made of.It's a very neat design, and is smooth, and easy to use. I'd recommend it, as a carrying piece. :-)I'll add to this review, after I've cleaned it for the first time, or if it fails in any way.Right now, after a couple of weeks ownership, and probably dozens of uses, it is still smooth, and easy to draw. Highly recommended.

Difficult to clean and burnt taste. But for the first few uses a nice very compact and discreet pipe.Love the little compartment section

Well,i have finally found 'The One', ie a pipe that is, A:easily cleanable.B:small.C:durable.D:give a good toke.Waited for this, finally got it in my hands,what a smart looking pipe,brass and aluminium,( i think!),feels quite weighty,very well constructed,with allen head bolts holding it together.The bowl is a very reasonable size,with a pipe gauze (or screen), already in there,nice one!there is a handy size stash compartment under a swivel lid,which closes tightly, and finally the toke of whatever you use is really good:)So, although i have'nt had to clean it yet, overall,i give this piece 10 out of ten,(also due to the price,very good for a pipe of this quality)So there you have it,The One.!!!.very happy with my purchase:) One more thing,when you take this apart to clean it,be VERY careful not to lose the 'banjo valve' which holds the pipe together with a spring,if you are not careful it will spring apart,like mine!!. lost mine.had to buy another pipe then.

I bought this for a friends birthday.A bit smaller than I expected.Seems like a good build quality.Can't make a judgement of how it's draws smoke.I included some pictures of it in my hand so you can see the size of it.I can't help but feel that it would be better if it was a bit bigger.Overall a good quality and pipe though.Oh it did come with a screen fitted AND a pack of screens in the box which was nice.

I'm what you would call an everyday smoker and have used this pipe for the past few weeks with no blockage, you will need a small allen key to undo the screws to clean it, but besides this the pipe seems faultless, it folds up neatly in the pocket, is well made out of sturdy materials and is one of the smoothest small pipes I have ever toked on. And I have had many.Just for once, something both cheap and excellent, what more could you ask for?Love it.

You get out a new pipe fill the bowl then pull nothing at all no air going through it at all.Its a complete waste of money.Ripoff enjoy people

Great quality and excellent value. Only one small gripe is the difficulty in cleaning the part of the pipe.

Really good in all aspects other than the weight. the wooden version is better for keeping in your pocket without noticing its there
