I know there is controversy re fish oils but I take a teaspoon every day just to make sure as my diet is more omega 6 than 3. It tastes lemony and is nice to take.

Worst value for money out there. Much better to get it from original seller at iherb. You will get 500 ml which is twice the quantity for the same cost.

After one week of a single teaspoon every morning, I began to see and feel results. All my aches and pains, amazingly, have gone away. I can now go shopping and after an hour or more of walking around, I don't have intense foot or hip pain. I will say though, that if I eat out at a restaurant, sometimes my pain acts up, but not nearly as bad as it was - so the preservatives and chemical enhancers in restaurant food do not help your body. My knee pain is gone too. I can bend and step without any pain whatsoever. Along with the pain relief, my skin texture on my face has improved. I have smoother skin and my large pores do not look so large anymore. Three people (one of them being my husband) remarked that I looked better - like I was glowing. My husband also said my eyes look brighter. I've also noticed that the bottoms of my feet don't seem so much like two pieces of shoe leather. I actually have more feeling in the bottoms of my feet than I had before, now that my skin is much more softer. I've been using this product for approximately 3 weeks. I have recommended it to so many people and will continue to use it and let others know that they can feel better rather quickly! The lemon flavor is so good that I absolutely do not mind taking this...and that says a lot because when a flavor is gross to me I will start gagging. This does not do that at all, in fact I don't even have to chase it with water. As far as I'm concerned, this product is a miracle worker and the Carson brand is the only brand I will buy.

Disappointed to see retinyl palmitate and cholecalciferol on the label, which has changed compared to previous orders of the product. Prefer nutrients nature-ly occurring. Will not buy again.

I bought this after I found out from the doc that I had a vitamin d deficiency. I think it tastes great in diet coke and kombucha or even by itself. I wasn't sure I would like it, but I really do! I am already feeling better (more energy and better mental health) after taking a tablespoon daily for about ten days. I prefer taking the oil over a supplement due to the other health benefits of cod liver oil.

This liquid has NO fishy taste and no fishy smell. I was shocked that it tasted so pleasant. The Cod Liver Oil has a thicker consistency, much like maple syrup. The oil is completely clear and you'd never know it's cod liver oil. It has a very mild, natural citrus flavor. You could give this oil to anyone and they'd never know what it was. SUPER HEALTHY and no bad taste...or after taste. Highly recommended.

I've used about 2/3 of the bottle taking one dose every other day. The taste is still very pleasant and lemony. This cod oil comes very fresh! This is my first time using the pourable oil. I could distinctly tell what 'oxidized' fish oil smelled like because a little bit of this dripped down the side of the bottle and began to smell fishy. You wouldn't be able to tell the fresh oil is from a fish if you didn't know.
