Why did you choose this product over others?: Needed a new kettle but with needs of some of my family wanted something that was easy to use and provided instant hot water and no heavy lifting. Looked at the reviews and this seemed to fit the bill. We are not disappointed does what it says it does. Provides lots of hot water quickly and easily. No variable amounts or temperatures. Turn it on you get Hot Water , turn it of and it stops. Just keep an eye on it, it doesn't auto stop (it doesn't claim to). I have had a wet counter... entirely my fault.

What an amazing kettle, itnis so fast dispensing water and so hot too. Amazing and does what it says.

We have had this for many months now. We got it when our kettles kept breaking. We liked the fact that it saves energy as it only boils what you use. It's very handy to be able to dispense boiled water instantly. For our hot drinks throughout the day it's very good.... we work from home and it's really quick and easy to get a drink. The cons are, the water is not 100°c ..... it's prob 90 at best (although I haven't tested) once it's in your cup. For coffee this is fine..... for tea it's not quite perfect.....the teabag doesn't really start brewing unless it's moved around with a spoon. It still makes a good cuppa though, but I'd recommend warming the cup first with a bit of the hot water swirled around and discarded. Refilling is super easy. We use a jug, but you can lift the tank off. We just find it easier to leave it in situ. Now, we are a family of 6 and when it comes to filling a saucepan for boiling rice or pasta this is not quite so good. It can be done, but the trickle is pretty slow. As you can imagine it's boiling it as it goes so a large saucepan takes a long time to fill, and also the tank often needs topping up part way through. So we keep an old kettle in the cupboard and use that for when we need large amounts of boiled water. I use the dispenser for smaller cooking needs such as making gravy, boiling smaller amounts of veg etc. The stand easily comes off and goes on again for if you have to fit something taller or wider under the nozzle. WARNING! DO NOT start it dispensing and then walk off to do another job. You WILL forget about the hot water until it's too late! Trust me, I know. Even though I read the reviews warning about this. It does not automatically shut off, so you have to switch it off yourself. This is actually a good thing, but not if you walk off and forget 🤣 So, over all we like our dispenser and have had no problems with it so far.

I had one of these for 6 years until last week when it stopped working. Ordered a new one straight away. I had to manage with a kettle for 2 days which I found quite difficult as, being in my late 70’s, lifting a kettle of boiling water can be very dangerous. So pleased with my new machine, it’s quieter than the old one with less splashing although I do use a tall mug. Cannot recommend this product enough.

My item came in good time and perfectly packaged. I ordered this particular make and model because it allows you to make your own quantity of hot water as required. I had heard so many people complain that other makes of instant kettles that had preset quantities of water dispensed either didnt brew enough or made too much. This particular instant kettle did the job perfectly. I can fill my thermos cup or a small tea cup in one go. The water is boiling hot so perfect for cups of tea. Over a period of just one week I have made big savings on my electricity usage. Every home should have one if these, it saves you a lot of hard earned cash in the long run. The style of the instant kettle is very nice and looks good in our kitchen. Refilling can be done by either taking out the tank using the bucket style handle or simply lift the lid and fill with a jug. I personally prefer the jug method. The water is dispensed after about 2 to 3 seconds and that is quick. Once you have the desired amount of water just switch the kettle off using the special rocker switch on top. One thing I have had to change is my habit of switching it on and not walking away like you would with a regular boil kettle. If you do walk away you will probably get distracted only to return to an over flowing cup. Stay until the cup is full...DONT WALK AWAY... This is an excellent machine, properly maintained it will last for many years. I certainly highly recommend the Koolle Electric Instant hot water kettle

Waited a while to write a review and glad I did. This is not my first purchase of this style machine. Our first one lasted 6 months with our family of 3 using it but we thought we may have had a faulty machine so we just purchased another. This is the second time I purchased this hot water machine, and in August 2024 the hot water dispenser was brilliant when we first had it. Pros: At the push of the button it would give water hot enough for a cup of tea or coffee until you stopped it, so any size mug can be used with it. (Perfect for our family) Cons: Roll on only 6 months later and the blasted thing keeps stopping…ALL THE TIME!! AGAIN!! Sadly the same fault as last time. The red light comes on and the water just stops flowing (even on our smallest cups). The water (when it does come out) has also started coming out warm and so no chance of using it for a hot cup of tea or coffee and we have come to the point where we are now looking for a new machine….again, sad days indeed. But did you descale it? I hear you say… yes, every month like clockwork we descaled the machine and it still happened. So in short it works well for 6 months and then you need to find something else which as the old saying goes… buy cheap.. buy twice. I’m now looking to spend more on my next machine to get more than 6 months out of it as the last two purchases of this machine have bolt lasted a poultry 6 months.

After our Breville water dispenser packed up and at the same time having our kitchen redone, we decided to to with this as was white, looked nice and had the option of continuous water as opposed to one cup like the Breville. Water is hot and great for drinks and capacity is suitable for our family (of 6). However, the water flow and splashing is doing my head in!!!!!! Every drink is splashed on the back board and surrounding surfaces (we have white work surfaces so it really shows up), i am forever cleaning the ridged back splash with a nail brush to remove staining and wiping round after every drink (teenagers seem to be blind to this!). The other issue is despite regularly descaling as per the instructions, the water almost builds up and times and then spits out aggressively, thus slopping the contents of your drink but more worryingly, scalding you if you are standing close. I have caught my hand multiple times- this is something i have shrugged off with the odd swear word (!) But for an elderly person or child, could be more of a worry. So in short, it works but for the price i expected better and having only had 7 months, am disappointed to have to be looking at something different.
