This company has gone out of the way to show me that there is indeed Nattokinase in the product. Although, my first review showed it did not. Apparently per US codes or something along those lines they have to put that specific ingredient in another area on the packaging. The company was great in helping me and very patient and kind when pointing out the ingredient had moved. I will continue to purchase this product.

Only 15 packets (15 servings) inside. Just beware of that. I saw 30 in the description and assumed it’s 30 day supply. Nope. It will only last you 15 days.

Growing up, I've already associated natto with gut health due to the fermentation. I didn't particularly enjoyed eating it growing up but grew to appreciate eating it as I got older. However, over the last few years, I've not been eating it much at all. When I saw this, I wanted to try it only to read that nattokinase is good for the heart as it helps dissolve blood clots. This supplement also has kefir so should also be beneficial for gut health. The packets come with 2 capsules each, and I had no issues swallowing them. The capsules are actually smaller than other capsules which made it easier to swallow. I didn't see any specific information on when to take them but I do so after a meal. So far, I've not experienced any issues with taking them.

It's a little hard to measure the impact of supplements, because it can be pretty subjective. I have no real idea if these are doing what natto is alleged to do and heal, but because the research is so positive on benefits, I'm just going to assume these capsules are doing what they are said to do. There have been no side effects, that I'm aware of, and the capsules themselves are relatively easy to swallow

The Nattokinase enzyme is produced from natto, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. It supposedly breaks down fibrin in the blood that forms clots, and helps reduce high blood pressure and muscle pain by promoting better blood flow, especially in peripheral blood vessels. Kefir, the other main ingredient, supposedly helps improve bowel movements and immunity, and has anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy properties. ... It sounds like a dream combination.As usual for any supplement, it takes time to see the results (they may never be obvious). I don't know how many days one should take the supplement to see results, but at $36/15 days, they daily price seems a bit high if you need to take it a few months or longer. Though a pack of natto may contain 3/4 of nattokinase and no kefir, it would be way cheaper if you have a pack of natto every day if you don't mind the flavor (I can’t stand the smell of natto, but my wife doesn’t mind it). The pills have no flavor and are easier to take everyday than buying fresh natto packs every few days in an Asian food store or section. These pills not only don’t have an odor, but they don’t make your urine smell bad like fresh natto does.I found the packaging very wasteful. 2 pills are sealed in aluminum-lined plastic bag placed in a color printed box. These 30 pills could be placed in a small Mylar bag instead. Because the best time to take nattokinase is at night, you don't have to carry a day dose around with you during the day.
