Great Company
Company reached out to me after reading my review. Helped me figure out what i was doing wrong, and when that didn't work sent me a new one at no charge. Card reader does not seem to read one of the larger capacity cards but again i think that is me doing something wrong. So impressed that they reached out to me, and worked with me so well. They truly went above and beyond to help me out. Could not be more happy with this company and product.

Do not purchase
Writing a new review because my first was not acceptable by Amazon. This product is not compatible as so stated. Do not purchase this item since it is a failure and a waste of money. Happy now Amazon?

I LOVE this card reader!
I really love this card reader and 10/10 5 stars recommend it. But I am posting only 4 star review because I found the documentation really lacking.* the seller is 100% top shelf. I was struggling to get my reader to work and they quickly offered to replace it. Can't fault them at all!* The reader is small, light, and perfect for quickly checking your card to see if you got a particular sighting or the positioning is ideal.* saving pics to your phone is easy (and very useful)So I love this card readerHowever... (I'm on an iPhone for your Android mileage may be different)=> my card reader does not work reliably if my phone battery is below 25% and below 20% it's not going to work at all. I'm going to bet this is true for all phones and not just mine. Makes sense to me. But the documentation could have saved me LOTS of time and frustration if this was mentioned as even a possibility or recommendation.=> Because of this flakiness it took me forever to find the actual card image in my Files app because sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn't. Another comment mentioned searching for "Folders" which was super helpful for me *finally* finding the card image (before it disappeared again) and then reliably troubleshooting what the real problem was.=> I wish there was a quick delete function so I could clear the card after checking it. I realize that is more complicated and possibly not possible with the current technology (at least at this size and price point) but as long as I'm listing negative things I thought I'd mention it. But it wasn't a promised feature and if I hadn't had the battery issues I would have definitely given the card reader 5 stars despite this wished for feature. Some backstory (if you've read this far). Usually my trail cam is pretty far from my house and I pass it while out doing other things so I don't have the second card with me. So the cam mostly gets ignored for many months when it would be much more useful if I checked the card on the regular. This card reader can be left in a waterproof box near the camera and always making checking the card quick and easy. My trail cam has magically become much more useful!!!Right now the Cam is up by the house checking on non-bird access to the "filled for the season" bird feeders. Swapping out cards is easy with the cam closer to the house (although the cards then seem to end up on the desk for a day or two) but the little card reader is still great for a quick scan of pics to see if I have to up my anti-squirrel game. With 4 bird feeding stations around the house the card reader is getting quite a work out right now.TL;DR: LOVE the card reader! And the Seller! But I think the documentation needs some work or some buyers will be returning it rather than fussing with it....
