Awesome
LOVE IT! Wanted something like this for work, and it's perfect! The only thing I have trouble with us eating the whole jar! It holds a great deal of salad!

Really love my pair of Kilner salad jars…
Bigger than I expected so you can really pack a substantial salad, which is great. Were i to be picky, a minor blip…the salad leaves tend to get stuck unless compounded with heavy weighted beans etc…and even then, mine get stick in the jar neck. Also, the rubber seal of the dressing component keeps coming away. Apart from these, as i say, small inconveniences…i am really glad i purchased.

Great idea!
I looked at plastic lunch to go and did not fancy buying plastic then I saw this. I read all of the comments and some I could not understand their concerns. The neck of the jar is more than big enough to eat from and I have had no problems with getting the contents out.(try a spoon!) if a fork does not work! Very pleased with this and will show my work mates.

Amazing purchase this salad jar allowed me to take fresh ...
Amazing purchase this salad jar allowed me to take fresh and healthy food to uni without spillage and kept all the veggies fresh and crunchy even at the end of the day and takes up less space than bulky containers.

Expensive, but good looking item
I am a huge fan of Cliptop Kilner Jars and have transferred most of my dry goods and fridge items into these type of jars. I even use a kilner jar for my lunch. So why did I need to buy this salad jar? I thought putting the dressing in its own little "tub"at the top of the jar would be a great idea rather than putting the dressing at the bottom of the jar. When you assemble a layered salad in this jar it looks spectacular and looks really, really tempting. However, looks can be deceptive. The "seal" i/.e the silicone ring under the lip of the pot is a flimsy, thin seal that is pretty unsubstantial. It is nothing like the high quality seal of the cliptop kilner jars.Notwithstanding, I have had trouble screwing the jar lids to ensure a tight fit and prevent leaks. My daughter said her jar leaked. The jar lid looks like it may rust before long. No, I feel this overpriced item (my husband said paying over £8 for a jam jar shows I am a sucker), and this is definitely a case of style over substance. I wished I never bought these and saved my money.
