Solgar Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 100 mg Vegetable Capsules - Pack of 100 - Supports Energy Production - Can Help Reduce Tiredness and Fatigue - Vegan and Gluten-Free

I had symptoms of broad vitamin B deficiency. My GP did a blood test, my levels were apparently normal. I started taking a multivitamin as recommended by her. By this stage, I had problems with angular stomatitis, gingivitis and severe fatigue and they were very bothersome. The multivitamin didn't make a difference, even though it contained the 100% RDA of vitamin B2. Within a week of taking this Solgar B2 suppplement, my lips and gums healed and my energy levels were back to normal. I don't know if Solgar has a superior formula that has better absorption than other brands, but it did the trick whereas the multivitamin, which was a Boots brand, didn't make a difference. Riboflavin [B2] also helps to absorb all the other B vitamins. It is excreted by the body on a daily basis, so you do not have a store of this vitamin you can rely on, you need to consume enough every day to be healthy. My diet is definitely lacking in B2, so this supplement helps a lot.

I recently had a dna sensitivity test that flagged up I had a deficit in B2, even though I have been taking a B complex for quite a while. After a search comparison this one seemed to have the best reviews, cost and quantity. It'll take a while to build up to see the benefits, but it's an easy to take capsule instead of the chunky ones that are massive! B warned though it makes pee neon yellow!!

These are, allegedly, going to help with my migraines if I take four a day. Eeeek. But the important thing is that, unlike some other high dose B2 tabs which are one 400mg canoe these are a much more sensible size and very easy to swallow, which is important for me. The only problem, and you'll get this whichever B2 tabs you choose, is that whenever you go for a wee you'll think your dehydrated as it will be *very* yellow. But that's normal: it's just your body dumping the excess B2 as quickly as it can.

Arrived in good time, but after reading all the reviews and feedback on the product itself, migraines are still intense and seem to be more freqent. So disappointed and will look for other natural alternatives. No problems with the delivery though.

I like the product (Recommended by my MD).Do not like the way it was delivered. The U.S. post office is very careless about where they place the package. I do not have trouble with delivery by Amazon, FedEx, UPS, they, so far, have always placed packages immediately in front of the front entrance door. I never know where the u.s. post office will put a package; this time they placed the package on top of the 5 ft tall brick fence for all of the passing cars to see. It seems they work at being careless about where they put the package.

I take these for my migraines as instructed by my neurologist. These pills are small which is a plus, but require me to take 4 to get the 400 mg i need. I wish i can find a company that can offer me one pill at 400mg.
