I ordered this for heavy embroidered clothes and tbh it works amazing. Get heated up within 15-20 seconds of turning it on. Very good product

Works well but I suggest only RO water otherwise salt will be clogging nozzles once steam exits the pores.

This is a decent product at a decent price - works fine, no issues after a year of use.

I ordered 4 steamers and 1 of them stopped working and I requested the customer service team to look into this and was told that the technical team is looking into this, however was informed a few days later that the warranty has expired now and we cant resolve the issue but the issue was raised 10 days before the warranty was to expire, shabby behavior, highly unprofessional, and below average product. Think twice before buying this product.
