No More Complaining!
I bought this for my elderly aunt who lives with us. She is ALWAYS cold if the house is cooler than 80°F. This allows her to keep herself as warm as she wants without cooking the rest of us out of the house. She turns it on for about 5 minutes every hour or so and it stays warm.

Heat controller is not working right
I can not order HEAT CONTROLER to replace it because it is malfunctioning 13 month after I bought it

Not great unless you want hot knees.
This was a disappointment. The feet area stayed cold but the knee area was uncomfortably hot.
