Q: why does my (new) 22mm pipeslice cut copper pipe with jagged ragged distortion instead of the expected clean cut? thank you

I don’t know, I’ve always had clean cuts. Is the cutting wheel damaged ? are you forcing the tube into the cutting heads ? is the tube being supported evenly in the tool? Sorry as i have never experienced this problem I cannot help. Send it back to Amazon and ask for a replacement.

Q: Hi all, Is this cutter compatible with imperial 3/4" pipe. I have one that cuts 22mm pipe but doesn't cut imperial all the way through.

This , as with all pipe slices , will cut 3/4 as well as 22mm when in good condition Once the tension spring wears inside , the slice starts to cut and then spins as the wheel will not traverse any further If you have lots of 3/4 tube to cut I would suggest a new one
