Good looking watch reliability to be proven

Cute watch, but leather band is too long for average-size wrist.

I fell in love with this design the moment I saw it. The watch arrived in good time and nicely packaged but stopped working after about 6 months. The seller answered very promptly and positively and mailed a replacement immediately. I had moved meanwhile and the replacement got lost in the shuffle. Once we realised what had happened, the seller immediately mailed a second replacement to my new address, which arrived this morning in a lovely box and with the correct time set. Excellent customer service. The watch is a little big for my XS wrist, but I still love it!

Love this watch! Was disappointed that it completely died when the battery went flat & several jewellers couldn't get it to work. The 5 stars really goes to the customer service when I contacted them. Now have a new watch - very happy

Good. My girlfriend likes it very much. However for girls it needs be a bit tighter
