This has been a big help to reduce my back pain. I use it each morning for about 15 minutes followed by 15 minutes of warmth with the Suzzipad.

I Love these wraps. I bought 2. Stays heated longer than expected. I use it when I'm doing a massage to warm muscles on the neck shoulder. Always protect with a warm or dry cloth or towel so not to burn the skin. DON'T heat in microwave more than they recommend. I take it out every 20 seconds and squish it around to get the heat even. It's Adjustable so you can use it on your knees or back or wherever you need heat relief! When i freeze it, it stays cold for a long time. but 10 minutes is about all you need. again always protect the skin with a towel when using it. You won't be disappointed.

The old style was very soft and flexible, but they didn't last long. The gel inside always leaked out after a bit. This new style is a much more durable material, but is much more inflexible and less comfortable.

Purchased this for my aunt. she has a tear in her knee and bursitis. pain pills don't seem to do anything but make her tired and muscle creams/rubs other than bio freeze don't help. bought this in hopes there would be some relief and wow! it sure does help eliminate the pain! highly recommend!

I have ongoing issues with my knee. I bought this primarily for heat use. I was somewhat disappointed that it did not stay hot longer. My niece used it for cold therapy, and was very happy with it. I didn't try securing with the straps, as it laid nicely on my knee. Word to the wise:. Do NOT overheat! I decided to try microwaving for longer to keep it heated for longer. The result, the seam split, and hot gel seeped out. Since I did not follow timing directions, I blame myself for the leak. I read reviews of many products. None seem to stay hot long.There is one that does

Using this for low back inflammation following surgery. It works great, love the Velcro belt so it stays in pace over the area needed. And, it stays cold enough for 15-20 min treatment. I received it quickly and it was packed well.

This ice pack does not even stay cold for 10 minutes. Even after having it in the freezer overnight. Returning for refund.

This is great, and I don't need to buy anything else for different parts of my body for pain management.For example, for my forearm, I need it hot, tennis elbow, etc., but then for my shoulder, I need cold, so this two-in-one is good to have.
