I just had to review this amazing product!!! It's brilliant for mothers who are struggling to produce enough milk. At first I put it down to coincidence, but when I suffered from lopsided breasts (and I mean one breast as huge as a watermelon and the other as flat as a fried egg). I upped my dosage to 2 capsules 4 times a day and within 24 hours my milk on the left breast has increased from pumping less than 1oz to pumping a good 3-4oz!!! It's certainly made me feel more normal and confident as I hated wearing a big bra that fitted one breast perfect whilst the other was almost flat!And yes I did switch feeding on both sides but it just seemed as if one breast didn't fill up as much as the other. I'll admit that my right breast is still larger than the left but at least it's a little bit more proportioned.The key for me (I can't speak for anyone else) is making sure I drank plenty of water as well.But I can definitely both see and feel a huge difference.I'm hoping that with regular feeding and pumping on both sides that I can keep the good work up!I always pump as well as feed so as I have enough breast milk to both nurse my baby on the breast as well as mix milk in with her food (mainly baby rice and other foods that are a bit too gritty in texture). Also because you never know what comes around the corner!! It's good to have some breast milk stored in containers in the future just in case I may not be around the pump or feed as and when needed!!!I know this is only my personal experience but I'd already brought two of these bottles only having one capsule twice a day with only small results.But patience was the key!Now I'm getting an increased milk supply, I'm pumping extra milk to feed my baby with whilst making sure that my body sends signals to my brain to produce more milk whilst both feeding and pumping... it's working so far!!!Long gone are my days of frustration at getting 5oz from one breast and barely 1oz from the other.I actually feel both capable and normal again :-)

I've been stressed lately and been unable to sleep, you'll be surprised what can effect your milk supply. So I Googled how to increase milk supply and found out about this. So I thought it was worth a shot as I've noticed quite a decrease in supply. Even pumping wasn't working. I started taking these on the Friday and by Sunday morning I woke with fuller breasts. I don't think I've woken to such full breasts since my milk first came in! Neadless to say my daughter had a great feast! I wasn't expecting it to work so quickly or so well. I'm very impressed. Only down side is that it does make you smell a bit like syrup, but it's worth it. It says online that anything under 3500mg a day is ineffective, so I take 3 capsules 3 times a day. It is a lot, but I will be expressing in between feeds to maintain supply once I've finished bottle. I honestly thought I'd have to start giving her formula (although there is nothing wrong with that). But I wanted to try this before I did. And I'm very grateful I did! Very happy and a very relieved mummy now. It worked for me quickly but others may need to be a bit more patient as it could take longer to notice a difference. Will definitely be purchasing again if need be.

I am using it to increase my breast milk flow. Seemed to work, though it's important to remember it's remedy not miracle. I am taking 3 pills three times a day. I noticed slight improvement after about two weeks. It was not satisfying, so I researched food that might also help. Having included oats in my diet, after few day my flow improved roughly by 300%. Oats & fenugreek work well for me. It is also necessary to drink a lot. My daily liquid intake is between 3 to 4 litres. **Different things work for different people.**

These are great- Im not currently pregnant or breastfeeding but took them to try and balance my hormones, as I take oral contraceptives and they tend to mess up your hormonal and mineral absorbtion levels to quite a high degree, causing health complications(which many doctors kindly neglect to inform patients of). Unfortunately in my particular case after doing a private blood test I found it raised my Prolactin too high, so I have had to come off them as high levels for too long can cause issues within the body. HOWEVER, high prolactin levels are ideal when lactating especially in the beginning of infancy for new mothers, so I have seen the proof that this ancient and widely recommended breast feeding secret really works, and also that this particular supplement is effective and would be very useful indeed to anyone with low prolactin.

I notice some people increase the dose but I’ve taken 1 tablet a day with food for a week and within 3 days noticed a difference and by day 7 I am expressing about 3 times as much. I haven’t changed anything else. Not increased the amount of pumping or decreased the amount of direct feeding. For me it definitely works and also works for my friends. I haven’t noticed a syrup smell and baby hasn’t seemed to notice difference in taste but he is only 7 weeks old and drinks anything ha! Maybe it’s when you increase the dose that you notice the syrup smell. I’m sticking with one per day and then I may decrease to one every other day to wean off but maintain supply.

Bought these to increase my milk supply. In all honesty I didn't see much of a difference and they made my sweat STINK of curry 🤢I gave up taking them and to be honest I'm still breastfeeding months down the line and my supply sorted itself out. I would personally try different methods

This brand is total rubbish. Have tried for the last year various solgar supplements without experiencing any real benefit. Most of the capsule is filler and contains very little active ingredient. Recently switched to a brand that doesn’t use as much filler and the results in just a few weeks have been amazing. AVOID this rubbish!!!
