Ginger Root 1000mg 90 Tablets

I have been taking these along with slippery elm for diverticular disease and acid reflux. My reflux is particularly severe, and I have been on a high dose of three different medications for it for many years now. Every time I have tried to reduce the dose, my GERD is unbearable again and I have had to go back to the meds again.After just three days on these and the slippery elm, I have been able to halve my dose of one medication for GERD and stop taking the other two! And my bowel movements are normal for the first time in fifteen whole years. I have not changed anything else, so it must be these and the slippery elm that are helping.I take two of these after a meal, and one slippery elm fifteen minutes before a meal. This combination has made the most incredible difference to my conditions and to my life. There is no unpleasant taste from these and no repercussions. They are brilliant and I will definitely be taking them from now on!

24 little hours, seriously not sure its been due to lock down stress or other but got fed up with tummy rumbles and other problems related so looked at au natural ways to help control the problem and from the feedback and recommendation thought to give these a try, and after speedy delivery took one the following morning and not had a problem since. I bought these tablets as recommended by a message board that I participate in due to the fact that I suffer terribly with my stomach and was previously taking Lansoprazole daily for the past 8 or so years because of it.Well I am absolutely amazed as merely one a day of these tablets (first thing in the morning) and I have dropped my need for the prescription meds, and now solely take this, which I much prefer as honestly the prescription meds were seriously depleting my magnesium levels.Now I’m not going to say that they are a total cure, because if you do suffer with bad IBS and reflux as I do then chances are that symptoms will always persist in some manner or another, (Raniditine really are my best friend at the worst of times!) but these tablets have made things a lot more manageable for me, and as mentioned I no longer fill a prescription for the terrible acid reflux.Totally recommend.

I've been suffering from chronic catarrh for past 2 years and meds from docs did not work I switched to these after reading of the benefits of ginger the tablets started working almost immediately taking 2 a day I got my friend a bottle because of health benefits they are great value for the money and leave no after taste I would definitely recommend them
