I primarily use this to break down Amazon cardboard boxes. Once you get the hang of how to insert it up against the cardboard edge it works like a charm. Good battery life and overall very easy to use. Haven't had it long enough to make any comments on durability. Very pleased with this purchase.

Product arrived dead on arrival, will not charge, and has no power to operate, too costly to return ship from AUS to USA and Amazon only reimburses $24. Such a painful customer experience when receiving defective goods, comparatively to the likes of eBay which auto books your parcel for you to simply print, attach to parcel and have courier pickup or drop off at local parcel drop offs. It seems to be so hard to get product support when buying on eBay

The cutter teeth alignment runs. Only managed to use it a couple of hours before it happen. The shoe is not fixed firmly - seems loose.

This is the perfect tool for anyone with a lot of recycling boxes to dispose of in the recycling bin. It saves you a tremendous amount of space by allowing you to cut cardboard into smaller pieces. I've tried other brands in the past, but they didn't last long. I have been using this Black & Decker model for a year now, and it still works like new. The blade remains sharp, and the battery life is impressive. I highly recommend it!
