Sticky labels on my L'Oreal mascaras, now a sticky mess.
My reason for giving 1 star is that the products have a bar code label which is stuck on the mascara with a heavy duty adhesive and it is virtually impossible to remove the labels. I managed to eventually remove the labels but they have left a very sticky residue on the mascara containers. I have requested a replacement without the bar code labels attached but have NOT had a response from the seller.
