Waste of money
Awful product. I spent more time fishing out labels that had got stuck in the gun than actually printing anything out. I mistakenly thought that being more expensive than many alternatives, this gun would be better quality. I was wrong.

crap!
It should be straight forward to replace labels in this but it is absolutely impossible to work out how to. The instructions are incredibly useless! changing the labels is actually very simple once you work it out yourself and end up wasting half a roll, half a day and getting covered in ink. It should not require three adults to work this out but it did! Crap!
