Can they be cleaned with soap and water? Thank you.

I don’t know about soap but I’ve gotten mine wet before (in the bath, don’t ask) and when they’re wet they loose their ‘memory foam-like’ qualities but they go back to normal after they’ve air dried for a day or two.
