I just don’t know as the top on the bottle is far too tight to unscrew. I have tried several times and have got men to try to unscrew it but to no avail. I am just not able to get the bottle top opened and therefore unable to use the content. The only way I can get the content removed is to use a saw and cut the top off the bottle and pour the contents into another bottle. Very unsatisfactory.

I wanted this shampoo to work for me so bad as my hair is always so oily and have to use batiste in. between washes. Was abit pricey and unfortunately didn't work for me, even after many washes.

The smell is not at all unpleasant, but it is strong. When I first unsealed the bottle I thought I would be unable to use this. However, leaving the bottle cap open between uses has reduced the smell quite a lot, and I'm glad I persisted because it's hard to find a good shampoo for greasy hair, and this one has so far been effective for me. My hair can go longer between washes and my scalp is less irritable. Overall, I would recommend, but with a caution if you dislike strong scents.
