I bought these as I was looking for some replacement thicker socks to wear with boots to work. They are perfect for that. My only slight reservation is that you do sometimes catch your toes on threads when you pull them on. You need to roll up and put your toe right to the bottom rather than pull on. These would not be suitable for me as a hiking sock as I always wear a double layered sock to prevent rubbing as they work brilliantly. These are ok for shorter walks inside my walking shoes. A good sock and I am happy with my purchase for the price

Brilliant and good quality , have to wear a uniform at work with issued boots, these socks are brilliant, comfortable and don’t over heat my feet.

Excellent socks! I am unusually excited about something so mundane when it comes to these. I bought these specifically to wear for walking, particularly considering the weather is getting colder and wetter these days. They are extremely comfy, thick but not too thick so they're not annoying to wear with even normal shoes (i.e. not walking boots). They're also nice and warm and they have a little reinforced area at the bottom which I was concerned would be uncomfortable initially, but is actually great, nice and supportive. Highly recommend!

So comfortable. I wore them for 5 days in heavy rain with new wellington boots and they really supported my under arch and helped stop the new boots rub. They were really great quality which I didn’t expect for the low price. They also dried quickly after washing which was great when camping. Spending the whole day on my feet was a chore but these were really good. I also wore them with my light trainers when playing badminton the other day and they were flexible and stopped my feet from sweating too much. Can’t recommend them enough.

These socks fit well and feel supporting in the arch.
