This is the nicest kimchi I’ve tried. It’s really crunchy and fresh . It’s spicy but not too much so , just right .

Received today, and had a taste..absolutely amazing so fresh and still had a crunch to the kimchi, given instructions on how to continue the fermentation, will definitely be ordering again

This is probably the best Kimchi you will be able to find online. I could leave my review at that, but won't. This product deserves a full review.I LOVE Korean food. A day can be miserable and gloomy, but a whiff of Korean barbecue can change things around for me. When I was little, my mum would often go to this Asian shop and buy a tub of fresh Kimchi. We'd have it with meat and rice, and I loved it. When I was a student, I rented a room in student accommodation in New Malden, in the outskirts of London. I didn't know then that the area was basically a British version of Korea Town. There was a small restaurant that I sometimes visited on my own (yes, sad person that I am). The owners were so nice and spoilt me rotten with their dishes. And the Kimchi.So... Long story short, Korean food has a sentimental value for me. And I know what good Kimchi should taste like. I was so happy to find this on Amazon, you wouldn't believe!!!The first parcel came (well-packaged) and I looked up Korean barbecue recipes online. My husband and I had it with this Kimchi and it was sublime. Just the right amount of spice and tang. My husband is not used to Korean food, but he loves it now.I liked this Kimchi so much, I ordered a HUGE box filled with this goodness afterwards. Delivery was faster than expected.

New to Kimchi and like it very much. Good healthy food and versatile in that you can eat is at it is, or, use in a variety of cooked dishes. Spicy and tangy. Going to have to learn to make it as it's not delivered to France where I live.

Haven’t bought kimchi for a while and being a new brand, thought to have a change and go with it, given the (mainly) favourable reviews, so bought the 3-jar pack.Good sharp, fresh, clean taste: more savoury and spicy, less sugar and a stronger chilli bite than the brand tried previously. Not blow-yer-hat-off hot, but a good zing! Also, it’s made in the UK, another plus.Now my brand of choice…until maybe I can get my proverbial into gear and start making my own.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: Bought some more, delivered today: I was right first time - it's excellent! In spite of IT problems beyond their control, supplier still managed to get the package to me in a reasonable time. Well worth waiting for.

The jars arrived in great condition, and the kimchi tasted really good! A little bit spicy but was expected. Ferment the jars one by one, and the others kept in the fridge. Thank you for the great products and the support!

Love the product, but the packaging is plastic and there is no seal. So you don’t know if the product has been tampered with or not sealed correctly. I do really like the flavour, but can not up cycle the jars and have little confidence in the product security and freshness. I will buy Kimchi from now on, just not stored in plastic and unsealed jars.

It blew up in my face when opening bc of the gas pressure but nothing bad happened other than a piece of kimchi on the floor and some sauce on my face lol. It was pretty funny. Im so happy they changed the jars to plastic since last time I ordered much easier to open. It tastes soooo good and spicy I love it
