Very Good Product

Good quality
This rusk is quite good, and handy in a push.Many artisan and serious home sausage makers prefer to make their own rusk. However, if pushed for time, buying-in is an option from time to time, and you can't go far wrong with this rusk.It is however a little too expensive, so it's not something you'll want to be buying too often, or your per-sausage cost will rise to untenable levels.Still, if you're going to buy rusk rather than make your own, you can't go far wrong with this stuff.4 stars out of 5... Good, but a bit expensive for what it is.

Just what I needed
I used these to get a softer/less meaty texture to my home made sausages and it works perfectly. We tend to make German sausages which do not use rusk but many of our local friends prefer the English style for which we bought these.

Excelent
A brilliant product as i all ways used stale bread crumbs. they wore OK but if left in freezer for two -three weeks they would make sausages taste sweet with a fermented smell once you defrosted them out. now i just enjoy my homemade sausages and don't have to worry to much about beaning in the freezer for a couple of months
