Hi, it is a good quality paper for printing but not thick enough for a card.

Q: Can it be used for paper marbling on a water base?

It should be ok but it’s quite lightweight so if you’re fully soaking the paper it might warp as it dries.

Q: Why is there an age restriction on a paper pad?? How ridiculous!

No idea - but if you’re looking for printing paper for mono prints this is brilliant!
