Used for male pelvic floor muscle exercises to help with prostrate issues. It does work very well to strengthen your muscles. I can also say that you may get some enjoyment from this device if you like anal play. The strong anal contractions combined with rhythmical impulses can be arousing. Just saying.

Wonderfull - using it now monthes moderade and continously - with care - had to search for proper description for tens internal use - but helps to stabilze the pelvic floor. Only for stars because NO PROPPER DESCRIPTION FOR USE

At first I was nervous to try this but man talk about amazing. Just dont over use it because it can be tempting.

I notice with this particular unit that I feel a little arching/Shock and where not bad, it does take away from the pleasure and the work that it is doing. The unit is very very very easy to insert.

it works really well on my floor muscles but the cord at the base of the stem always breaks in just two weeks i've brought 2. now my secord cord is shot

Really small, you're better off with a different unit, one nice thing about this is the guard at the end so you can adjust the depth
