Blades are very sharp with no pull and charged quite quickly. it's light and easy to use. Personally, I don't use the guides as I have embraced my baldness and just shave down to the minimum that it offers. very happy with it so far

Good price and seems to be very effective. Motor seems strong and battery holds its charge well.However, early days and views can always change. At the moment I am very happy.

initial impressions review:the clipper is well designed. it comes with lots of accessories including oil and a small brush for the blades, a number of different length guides to clip onto the blades and scissors. all pretty standard stuff. first out of the box the clippers need charging for up to 18 hours. i just used the clipper and i'm impressed. i cannot comment on the battery life but the instructions say that it will cut for 45minutes before needing recharge i.e. well over what the average home user will ever need for a single cut. the clipper is not as heavy as the mains operated clippers that i used before, which can be seen as a positive or a negative depending upon your view on how clippers should feel in the hand. i liked heavy. i now like lighter. the blades are super effective in cutting hair (and so they should be when its brand new). its recommended the blades be lubricated both before and after use and there is a large card in the package saying its important to keep the blades clean and lubricated. the blades can be removed from the handle simply by pulling them forwards, the whole blade unit clips off, and can be popped into sterilizing fluid or washed under the tap which is great if your clippers are shared in the family etc.the power supply does not use a usb plug to charge the clippers, but has a small figure-of-eight type plug which is proofed against insertion the wrong way around. it needs a fairly positive push into the clipper to get it to seat properly.the first cut that i have just made was super effective, the battery lasted the 15 minutes it took me to accomplish a good cut, and i have no negative things to point out. i guess one good thing about having a rechargeable unit is that it can be taken away on holiday etc for a tidy-up cut without having to drag along a long cable and plug.so far so good, and i am trying not to give these clippers the full 100% recommendation i.e. to find fault, but in all honesty cannot give them anything but the full 100%.

Excellent clipper, well made and very effective. It is the best clipper I have ever had. I brought some clipper oil from Wahl as well to keep it in top condition. I have no doubts it will work for years to come and if not the 5 years warranty is there. For £23 odd quids it’s a great bargain imo.

The media could not be loaded. Second one of these I’ve bought. The first one has lastedme over 4 years and when it came to replacing it, I felt that this just looks better and more practical than the newer model with the chrome finish.I use this in the shower all the time. Basically, just by itself without any attachments. Primarily I use it to shave my head. There areoccasions where I’ve used it on my face if I have a beard growth of a couple of weeks and it makes light work of it. So my razor flows easier and it takes less time to hack off my beard.I know you are supposed to keep the blades oiled but I’vealways shaved my head using by applying a little Johnson’s baby oil and wetting my hair and it seems to work and do the trick.In one of my pictures you should see my previous pair ofclippers with the blade off, it’s easy to take off and one and keep it in good condition by making sure you clear the blades with the brush that comes with the pack to get rid of any stuck hairs.I’ve bought this because my previous one packed up after acouple of years of use. The shaver fits right in the hand because it’s ergonomically designed and the rubberized surface makes gripping easy even when wet.If' you shave your head at least once a week, these clippers are a bargain, especially considering when you used to go to the barbers it cost at least a fiver to get your haircut. This works brilliantly, it does exactly what you need it to, maintenance is minimal, and it will last you a good couple of years.

My first clippers they seem good enough although cannot compare

Good product well made and hopefully lasts longer than my previous Remingtons which the batteries don’t last more than 18th this before not holding a charge. Well see. First impressions though it a good product at a very good price.

Ok clippers save the cost of going to the barbers, but better quality out there
