This story is so well written! Rebecca Ross's writing is rich with gorgeous descriptions that flow with the beauty of a poem. She knows how to spin a tale that will keep you captivated, and pull you into its magical web. I only have 3 chapters left, and I almost don't want to read them because I don't want the story to end. This is one of the best novels I've read to date this year (and I read a LOT!). Thanks for a gorgeous story, Rebecca - I LOVE your writing!

Having read Rebecca Ross's The Queen's Rising and Letters of Enchantment duologies, I knew I had to check out more of her writing, and decided to give the Elements of Cadence duology a read... and it did not disappoint! With a mix of magic, mystery and an almost dreamlike setting, I was absolutely hooked from the first page.
