Works well .
This is a plastic bowl that fits inside the toilet . I had a fistula op . And when I know I need a poo I fill the bowl (2/3 to 3/4 full with hot water and shake some salt in . Then take it with me to the toilet (with a small towel too) . Have my poo . Flush . Then fit the bowl over the toilet (it just plops in) then gently lower myself onto it allowing hot salty water to sooth my anus . It’s so relaxing . It’s such a pleasure . Then I carefully slide a hand in either the front or back . But be careful because water might spill out . Then I flap my fingers creating waves to splash against my anus . Feels amazing actually . You can do this for a few minutes if you like . Then stand up carefully and use the towel . Empty bowl down toilet and your done . I give the bowl a good clean every few uses . My anus has never felt so smooth and clean . Like a dolphin . I will always do this from now on . Even once I’m fully healed . Because it feels lovely . And it’s nice to have a pristine clean anus .

Very useful item
This item is of superb quality, very well designed and manufactured and at such a good price. I wanted it for use on the Thetford loo in our motorhome. It fits so well, far better than I had hoped. I recommend both the product and the service I received from this seller. Many thanks.

Great!
Wondered why I didn't get the one shown in the picture so e- mailed the seller, I was e-mailed back to say the one I received with like a pouring spout at the back was the new model , and told I could send it back if I was not happy with the one I receivedI gave it a bit of thought and decided I would keep it and I am glad that I did , because the one I recieved is ideal for my needs and once you finish with it you can just tip it from the front and all the water empties out in the loo with that pouring spoutAlso it doesn't feel flimsy so am happy with it.But I do feel the photo on the main advert should be changed as it could be misleading for customers who are expecting the one in the photo ( false advertising??)

Definitely worth considering if this is going to be part of your life - quality and portability a plus
Ok if you want (or have to want!) a portable bidet this has a lot of aspects to recommend it. I have chronic radiation proctitis as a sort of price to pay for successful survival from colo-rectal cancer so this is part of my life.Positives (important)Very strongly built - you are getting very good quality plastic moulding and so is robust some of the competition is made of thin plastic and is hence frail and bends with time even if you are not heavily built (I am 172 lbs). You are definitely getting what you pay for in a better made product.Size is probably as portable as you can get - check the dimensions but this can fit into a backpack that would be acceptable as on board by EasyJet etc and can be taken with you. Some of the competition is notably larger and not really portable and takes up notably more room . It is somewhat deeper than some of the competition.Design is good, fits on top of the toilets I have tried it on in a stable wayCleans easilyNegatives (less important but trying to be honest)Does not have a drain hole at the level where you reach the optimal point for filling it. This is not a deal breaker as you soon learn how much to fill the bidet but interestingly some of the otherwise inferior ones do have a drain hole which is a plus. I think one could drill a drain hole oneself but it would be easy to produce a better model with a drain hole (please note manufacturer!)Very slightly less easy to empty than some of competition in that it does not have a "emptying" side. However this is a very minor aspectSo overall strongly recommended and I think worth the few pounds extra. I bought two and am pleased I did.

Don't know why I waited till I was over 65 to buy one of these.
Portable bidet is quite strong plastic, not bendy at all.Fits on my standard toilet with the seat up. There is about half inch movement. The item itself is quite deep. Will not fit under my sink taps to fill and I don't feel like bending my back to fill under the bath taps but it was easy enough to place the bidet on the toilet and use a plastic jug to add the warm water.I put too much water in it the first time I used it and caused a little soapy water little flood when I sat on it.Only half fill it the first time you use it and DON'T USE HOT WATER or at least let the water cool down before you sit.I had a good wash and then stood up and carefully tipped it up SLOWLY from the front so the water poured into the toilet from the back of the bidet.I then rinsed it with some cold water and placed it back on the toilet and put some lukewarm clear water in it for a warm rinse. It does have the soap dish at the front but I decided to put a little bit of bath foam or shower gel in the water and then agitate the water to get some lather. With my elderly legs I have been having trouble getting up on to my feet from sitting in the bath whe alone in the house (though stepping out of the bath is no trouble) - using the bidet first for my nether regions means I can now afterwards sit on a bath seat in the bath to bathe everything else if my feet are flat on the bath safety mat I have no problem standing up.Often thought about getting one of these portable bidets and it is going to be a boon.Anyone going to have baby or an operation down there would find one of these a luxury when they get home. Don't know why I waited so long to buy one.By the way I bought new sponge to cut in half to use with the bidet but found I could use my fingers just as I would in the bath anyway but be aware that with the bidet on a standard toilet there is no space around the edges of the bidet for you to accidentally drop a sponge, wipe or small flannel down the toilet bowl except for when you are tipping the bidet up to empty it.Don't wait any longer - get one.

This product makes you feel really clean and fresh.
A good product for a good bedtime freshen up. Works well with feminine washes. Usually a fresh refill is better to give a good rinse off. I then use it to wash each foot as well. Conducive to a comfortable sleep with one product!
