This is an amazing gadget !!! The ice balls are a perfect sphere and it’s easy to use. The ice balls froze very fast in about 2h in our old freezer !!!It looks great and is perfect for my GnT !I will be putting fruits inside the spheres next to create a festive celebration surprise for our next drinks and cocktails over the holidays ..I recommend it a s will be getting more of these to give as gifts to my friends

Does exactly as you'd expect. My order came with two moulds. They feel robust and of decent quality and that they should last. I've used them to make a number of ice balls already and each one has come out pretty damn close to a perfect sphere, as good as you'd expect. They are easy to use, simply fill up to the indicated line with water in the bottom half of the mould, then as you insert the top half it displaces the water and fills to a sphere, and excess water will come out the little hole at the top. The ice balls you get are fun and novel and they do take absolutely ages to melt, so I'm sure they'd be great for cooling all manner of drinks. I've been using them for scotch.

I got this as a boost to the two I already have as this form of ice cube is proving rather popular in my home. I was a little concerned by the stiffer rubber stopper as I thought this might make taking the ball out more difficult, whereas, I am pleased to report, it actually makes it easier. I would advocate putting less water in it than the marker line suggests as I returned to some interesting ice sculptures poking out the hole in the rubber as the excess water escaped and froze, but the balls are well formed, easy to access and the units can be stacked if you have a deeper freezer drawer.

Ordered these for making Christmas cocktails. Delivered promptly and really easy to make large ice balls (you may need a large glass). This is such a simple but effective idea and the moulds are of good quality so look like they will last. The top is black silicon and the bottom is a hard clear plastic which you just fill up with water or whatever else you want to make the ice balls out of. As tip elsewhere, use boiled water (cooled) for clear ice balls. Would definitely recommend if you want something different than regular ice cubes.

I’ve had a few, various designs of, ice ball makers over the years; these have proved to be the easiest to use, ever!Solid and sturdy, easy to use and fill, the top doesn’t pop-off like some, or roll over pouring water everywhere in your freezer, and the balls are easy to extract once frozen.And I know you’re thinking “ice is ice”, but these ice balls lasted so much longer in my drink than any others I’ve used previously.

Makes what my wife calls "Ice Orbs" so as not to use the word "Balls" .. but essentially they make Ice Balls!!We make them on a daily basis and store in plastic bags ready for use.Very heavy once frozen so don't DROP into glasses or jugs as they would probably break. Place in vessel carefully.In use fill just above the line, push rubber lid on to expel excess water and then (most important) push down with thumbs on the top sides of the rubber lid to expel a little extra water through the hole in the top. If you don't do this your "Orbs" (lets stick with "Orbs!" ) will not be round. This is all best done in the sink. They stack in the freezer which is handy and you do have to let them "thaw" slightly before trying to get the "Orbs" out. Great for punch bowls and the like but the kids love them in a glass of whatever it is you allow them to drink. Little girl next door loves it when they slide forward in the glass and bonk her on the nose. For some erases this is hysterical although I don't get it myself. I use them in my whisky and sip in a gentlemanly way once everyone asleep. Bliss. Melt slowly so perfect for late night reflective solo night cap. They do not make those crystal clear ice things you get in bars - that's a whole different skill and not easily done at home.

I came across the large ice balls and decided I definitely needed some for my Christmas Baileys. They arrived yesterday and I couldn't fill them quick enough. I popped them into the freezer overnight and this morning they are perfect ice balls. I have refilled the moulds and popped some lemon slices into my next batch. I read quite a few reviews before I settled on these ones and I would 100% recommend them. Dead simple to use and perfect results.

Este molde para hacer esferas de hielo grandotas (6'5 cms. de diámetro) está muy bien pensado. La base transparente es de plástico rígido y la tapa es de silicona flexible. En la base va grabado el nivel hasta donde ha de llegar el agua que se añada, y no debe ponerse de más, pues hay que garantizar la expansión del liquido al helarse y transformarse en sólido. En el fondo de dicha base aparece una indicación recordando que puede ser necesario colocarla bajo un chorro de agua caliente, para lograr que se despegue la bola.Yo ya he 'fabricado' mis primeras dos esferas, y sinceramente salen fácilmente y quedan perfectamente. Una cosa muy importante a mí juicio es que mientras cargas el agua y cierras después con la tapa de silicona no se vierte ni una gota: otros sistemas son un poco embarazosos; siempre hay que ir con una bayeta a mano.Dicen puede limpiarse en lavavajillas, aunque también a mano, y en una tarjeta adjunta acompañan una "garantía de por vida".Lo escrito aquí arriba fue hecho el 6-11-2017. Ayer, 26-4-2018, recibí el segundo juego de dos moldes que acabo de comprar de nuevo. Sin duda alguna satisfecho con la usabilidad y calidad, merece lo que casi nunca doy: cinco estrellas.

J’ai commandé ces moules sphériques dans un cadre professionnel, car je suis barman, et je peux sans hésitation vous recommander ce produit.La livraison fut très rapide (3-4 jours), et les moules étaient bien emballés, bien protégés.Les moules sont individuels : une partie en plastique et l’autre en silicone, qui permet de démouler le glaçon comme un jeu d’enfant.Assemblées, un trou est présent dans la partie silicone pour remplir le moule d’eau. Une fois rempli, on peut tourner le moule dans tous les sens : l’eau ne coule pas. Parfait pour ranger dans un congélateur sans avoir peur d’en renverser partout !Le démoulage se fait en 30 secondes, et on obtient un beu glaçon bien rond (pas de séparation au milieu, aucun risque de se trouver avec deux demi sphères)Laisser 6h au congélateur pour avoir un glaçon complètement dur. Mettre une fleur ou un fruit pour avoir un résultat spectaculaire !Attention pour les professionnels /!\ Aucun facture n’est délivrée dans le colis, impossible de se faire rembourser les taxes de ce fait....

Ich habe jetzt nach mehrfachem Gebrauch gleich nochmal ein Paar von diesen Eiskugelformen nachbestellt.Man kann sie im Gefrierschrank sogar übereinander stapeln, das spart Platz, bzw. man kann mehr davon hinein stellen, um immer gutes Eis zu haben.Ich habe die Eiskugeln in Long Drinks und auch in Limonaden ausprobiert.Die Kugeln kühlen optimal und halten sehr lange für ca. 1 - 2 Liter Getränk mit einer Kugel, sofern das Getränk vorher schon im normalen Kühlschrank gekühlt wurde.Für den Preis sollte man zuschlagen, da man hier den enormen Vorteil hat, sich die Riesen Eiskugeln EINZELN aus dem Gefrierschrank zu holen.Bei den anderen Formen, wo man 6 -8 riesige Eisquader bekommt, hat man einfach zuviel für eine Person draußen stehen und fast alles wird wieder zu Wasser, außerdem nehmen diese anderen Formen viel zu viel Platz im Gefrierschrank weg.

Ottimo prodotto, la plastica è rigida la parte nera un po’ meno ma si stacca facilmente, adesso mi toccherà comprare dei bicchieri adatti visto che la dimensione è più grande di quanto mi aspettassi
