Infact I will buy it again if I don’t like the other flavours
I’ve just started going to the gym last week, I brought this because I’m a very lazy and inactive woman. I’m naturally skinny, but I wanted to build muscle and be a lot more active. I really needed the motivation and strength to get myself to the gym, so I brought this. I mixed half a scoop with water and drank, I’m not really sure about the watermelon flavour as I found it quite sour, I will try the blue raspberry next but, the watermelon isn’t revolting or anything. Infact I will buy it again if I don’t like the other flavours, because it is drinkable and it’s not bad, the effects are beyond worth it. I then walked to the gym which is 25 min walk and by the time I was in the gym using the equipment, I was feeling very motivated and ready to do it! I actually was surprised at how much I could do and I done a full hour there on my first time! I could definitely feel the effect of the caffeine, but not so much that I was shaky or like a jitterbug. I was a nice, buzzed kind of feel. Love this and will always use this now.

One of the best pre-workouts for the money!
So I love a Pre-workout drink. I've bought a range of different ones of the years, and to be fair, I've enjoyed most of them. However, there is a difference between the products and a lot comes down to personal preference. Anyway, I'll explain what I enjoyed about this drink. So first up is the price. £15 for 30 servings is good value compared to other products. Its effectiveness is good, I get a decent boost from the drink, that said, I've been taking this stuff so long it doesn't really affect me the same as it used to. The taste is slightly milder than other products I've tried, I didn't mind this, it tasted a little more chemically then other drinks I've tried and didn't enjoy the taste as much as the curse pre-workout. The drink mixes pretty well, just a swill with a fork is sufficient. All in all, I'd definitely recommended this produced for the money, you can't go wrong really for £15. If money isn't an issue, go for something else.

Excellent but not just for pre-workout - loads of other uses
As a narcoleptic, I actually use this product to stay awake during the day. I do have medication to stay awake, but find this product makes the difference between being drowsy and being wide awake and alert. I have tried caffeine tablets but they just give me a headache and make me feel sick, for some reason this formula seems to work even better but not give any noticeable side effects. I use either the 'extreme' portion size (1 heaped scoop) first thing in the morning, or go for two 'standard' servings (1/2 a scoop) twice a day. It seems to take about 15-20 minutes to take effect, so if using for a workout then I'd advise taking 30 minutes before to get the maximum benefit. I tried this product to replace the Dragon Shot drinks I was using, as these were about £1.50 a pop and I was drinking 3 a day. I was unsure what to expect but was amazed with this product. There are quite a few 'pre-workout' products on the market, but I won't try any others now I know this works - I just hope they continue making it, as it genuinely improves my quality of life. If this product can help a narcoleptic, it should also be beneficial for people trying to stay awake and alert throughout the day - perhaps for studying, night shifts, long drives, etc. As a workout aid I can see it would be really good, but there are many other reasons to take it. If taking on a regular basis like myself, best bet is to get a tub of each of the flavours so you are not having the same flavour time after time. I do prefer the Tropical Blast, but have tubs of the other two flavours to avoid getting sick of one flavour all the time. To mix it up, I put the powder in a small glass, and then add about 50-100ml of water, then mix it up fast and drink it straight down. I would advise to get it down as quickly as possible and avoid sipping it, to prevent the residue settling at the bottom of the glass. I haven't tried mixing it with fresh juice yet, but I will give that a try at some point.

is this an actual joke?!
i am usually quite sensitive to caffine and only have around 150mg in a serving from pre workouts. this one did absolutely nothing for me. so i tried again the next day with 200mg (which usually gets me shaking with that amount!) again, absolutely nothing!! my fiance and sister also tried it and they felt nothing. i actually got asked if the seal was on it when it arrived because they thought it must have been tampered with, but it did indeed arrive with the seal. i have never come across a pre workout that does nothing before. this obviously doesnt contain the ingredients it states! very disappointing and now i have to waste my time sending it back for a refund.

Bit sweet
It works well but it can get quite sweet and make you want to throw up. I Normally add more water then Instructed to get rid of the sweet but other then that very good pre workout
