I have bought products from Troo on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the quality and service. They deliver very quickly, often within the delivery date range, they use excellent packaging, which means you don't have to wait home for the postman! And the quality seems excellent. I am very happy with these Vit K2 MK-7 100 mcg caps-they appear to be really economical and, unless I up the dose, will last for a while! I take Vit K2 MK7 along with high dose Vit D3 and a few other things--but high dose Vit D3 (say 5000 to 10000 iu) should not be taken alone because of the relationship between calcium, Vit D3 and K2 MK-7. Vitamin D3 helps you to absorb calcium, while Vit K2 directs it to the bones and is involved in keeping the calcium in the bones and not in the blood stream where it can cause problems, not least of all helping to harden the arteries.

Doesn’t list the ingredients clear enough. I looked at the other details and the ingredients were listed as Vitamin k only unfortunately it has a bulking agent in it. I’m finding more and more companies are making it harder to find the ingredients list of supplements

So far good but as GMP can be self awarded Troo health do not currently list third-party certifications such as NSF, USP, or Informed Choice, which involve independent testing and verification - so kind if flying on blind faith
