Solgar products are not the cheapest but I know I can trust that they are great quality and always come in a glass bottle. Personally, I don't want my supplements to have a film of plastic on them.

I used to read reviews where people complained about not being able to swallow capsules, and I’d think, “Come on, just open your throat wide and get on with it!” That was until I bought this omega-3 supplement. It feels like they’ve managed to cram an entire 50kg fish into one capsule—it’s absolutely massive and incredibly difficult to swallow. The label claims a high EPA and DHA ratio, but when I sat down to do the math, I realized it’s just a lot of oil in a huge capsule shell with average EPA and DHA levels that you could easily get from a £6 product elsewhere. The claims are misleading and designed to confuse. To top it off, there’s no assurance that the product is free from heavy metals like mercury or lead, which is a serious safety concern for any fish oil supplement. And the best part is, you cannot even return or replace it. Overall, this product is overpriced, misleading, and impractical. Save your money and look elsewhere!
