These rubber seals are easy to use and an essential item when using Weck preserving jars. This size fits various styles and capacity jars, making the Weck system very economical. Buying the seals in a packs of ten at this price makes them a good, value for money purchase, even when postage was added. Delivery was prompt and the items well packed.

Brought these for when I move in to my new home love the weck products so much so ordered extra items

They fit the jar tops but are not a snug fit, but still useable.

The rings can be reused with care. Less waste than single use Kilner lids. If ring becomes stretched and unsuitable for heat preserving such that a vacuum will not be maintained then they can be used for pickles, chutneys etc where the vinegar would ruin a new seal.

Ok so I'm not short tongued. The rings were duly ordered and came well within the expected time frame, they are a very good price as well. I'm into preserving food by canning 9 and other methods as well ) so was able to get the meat paste made up and canned in the small Weck jars much earlier than I'd expected .

Used with the Weck bottles or jars and metal clips, these are essential to enable a proper seal and keep your home preserves fresh. Should be replaced after using a couple of times as they are natural rubber and will perish eventually.

I love tht these fit the yogurt jars. Great price and very resuseable and durable. I would recommend and would purchase. Again

I ordered these seals for #80 weck jar. As you can tell by the first photo there is a huge difference in size. The outside ring is the original on my jar and the inside what I received. The last photo is a bit blurry but shows the original seal on the lid and the purchased seal no where close to the right size.Very disappointed in these. After waiting weeks I’m out the cost of two pkgs plus shipping. I will probably order larger ones to see if they work any better.
