Got this for my wife's morning sickness.. Excellent product but has a bit of a nasty taste to It, but easy to get used to.

I have a child who dislikes taking medication, so the fact that it dissolves it perfect. It was recommended we give this to him from his physician and we were a bit hesitant. But, it was honestly perfect and we have not had a problem with him taking it since.

Excellent source of b6 since some ppl can't even absorb the product. (BET you didn't know that) that's right some ppl can't absorb b6 , you gotta take a blood test to find out..And frankly, I'm not wasting time or money. So I went this route as likely the sure fire way to get it in. This kind is formulated differently the. All the rest, so you can absorb it. I bought for morning sickness, not sure if the B6 mixed chelated magnesium helped or if I just got lucky this time around Cuz I barely have any. The taste doesn't bother me but if you are having extreme morning sickness, it could bother you, if that's the case just swallow them whole.This is the thing, usually for these to be effective you have to start early before you find out. For example I was chelated magnesium high doses 6 months before I was preggers. So I didn't know about b6, until I knew I was pregnant, which was a few weeks before the test, still late. But again, I had some time to get them in my system since my morning sickness didn't hit until 6-7 weeks. Just give them a try if you are sick, if things don't improve by 5th week, they probably won't. And tell your doc you are taking Cuz I think there's a time limit on how long..

Gave me a bit of the ick. Did not improve energy at all. Taste was odd and it didn’t dissolve well.

I'm sure this product is good for you. But after eating (or dissolving) one tablet under my tongue, I quit! That's it - no more! This was the worst tasting chewable (or suckable) vitamin ever. There is nothing minty about it. It tastes like gastric acid, seriously! I will find look for another Vitamin B6 P5P elsewhere.

I feel a huge difference taking this vs other brands.

It advertised to help the body in so many ways, but you're not to take too much of it...

I have a family member who is currently following orthomolecular protocols and gets tired of swallowing supplements all of the time. This product allows them to continue with their protocol without the dissatisfaction of swallowing a bunch of pills. The taste is a cross between peppermint and pepto bismol and they have a hard crunch to them. Not a bad buy though.
