This is an excellent product I use it to help with dry eyes that were very sore and painful, I personally take this supplement all the time and my eyes are no longer sore or painful, I have found something that really works for me and I am truly grateful for this amazing supplement thank you kind regards Deborah

Its good but expensive to buy

Impossible to write a review a week after taking them. I am now six weeks in and I am noticing a difference. I am a 55 year old woman so any help is welcome! Took the full dose for a couple of weeks and now down to 2 per day. My hair is better; my dry eyes are so much better too. My nails have always been terrible but they have improved. My skin just looks brighter. I also seem to have so much more energy. I will continue with these - I just feel like a better me!

I have been taking Pharma Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn oil capsules for 5 weeks now. I have a history of ocular rosacea and having just reached menopause, my eyes became even more troublesome & dry. Since taking these capsules (as directed and faithfully for 5 weeks) my eye health truly is 80% improved! I no longer use artificial tears and often forget about their dryness completely, I would certainly recommend that others give this product a serious trial, after so much money spent on `other products' which have not worked, I am delighted to leave a positive review for this 'miracle' supplement!"

Great product! With a forced menopause i was looking for any product to help me to relieve my symtoms, so i googled and it says to try omega 7 so i went to Amazon( cant live without) to see any omega 7 and came across this product and i say well why no to try?? So i did and guess what? Believe me or not it works wonders. I ordered again and i will continue. Knowing how good this product is i forgot the price and i focus in my health.

I bought these as I was told could improve dry eyes. I bought 3 boxes of them. No change. Dissapointing
